Pavilion Reservations
Reserve a Pavilion
The park offers four pavilions that customers may reserve at no charge. The Main Pavilion, located at the park’s center, and numerous picnic tables throughout the park are available to all visitors on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure availability for as many customers as possible, each person may reserve only one time block per day.
Reservations may be made in the following blocks of time:
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (6:00 p.m. after time change)

Holds up to 150 guests
Includes 10 Tables and 3 Grills
Pavilion 2
Holds up to 75 guests
Includes 10 Tables and 2 Grills
Pavilion 3
Holds up to 75 guests
Includes 10 Tables and 2 Grills
Pavilion 4
Holds up to 50 guests
Includes 8 Tables and 2 Grills

Pavilion Reservation Terms & Conditions
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all park visitors, the following terms apply to all pavilion reservations at Carl Miller Park:
- One Reservation Per Day – Only one time block per day may be reserved per person to allow availability for more guests.
- No Mobile Food Vendors – Food trucks or other mobile vendors are not permitted in the park.
- No Inflatables – Bounce houses, slides, or similar inflatable structures are not allowed.
- No Personal Grills – Personal or disposable grills are not permitted. Guests may use the park’s built-in grills and must bring their own fire-starting materials.
