Carl Miller Park is one of our contributions to enhance the quality of life for Coweta County residents. We’re proud to provide this family-friendly facility for everyone in this area to enjoy.
Pavilion Reservations are available to Newnan Utilities customers at no charge.

Our 14-Acre Park Features:
- Pavilions (accommodating up to 150 people)
- Walking & jogging trail (0.6 miles per loop)
- Playgrounds for preschool and elementary ages
- Kids’ Castle Playground (32,000 sq. ft.)
- Splash Pad (2,400 sq. ft.)
- Picnic tables
- Charcoal grills

Open Hours:
March 9 – November 1, 2025 (Daylight Saving Time): Daily, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
November 2, 2025 – March 8, 2026 (Standard Time): Daily, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Splash Pad Opens April 1
Hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Daily
Closed for season Tuesday, September 2
Holiday Hours:
- Closed Thanksgiving Day
- Closed Christmas December 24 & 25
- Closed at 4:00 pm New Year’s Eve
