- Unmetered dusk-to-dawn lighting of roadways, parking areas and yards
- Ballast-operated vapor lamp fixtures including high pressure sodium vapor and metal halide luminaires mounted on poles
- Service offered only at locations that are readily accessible for all necessary maintenance
- Service may be used for residential, commercial, or industrial applications
