Serviceable Address is the location to which service is provided.

Account Number

Account Number is a unique number assigned to you and your serviceable address. For faster service, please refer to this number when communicating with Newnan Utilities Customer Service Representative(s).

Statement Date

Statement Date is the date that your statement was processed by Newnan Utilities Billing Department.

Meter Number

Meter Number uniquely identifies your equipment.

Total Consumption

Total Consumption indicates the amount of electric, water/sewer and irrigation used during the current billing period.

Current/Previous Reading

Current/Previous Reading displays meter readings for the current and previous read dates.

Usage Graphs track your service usage for the past 12 months

Previous Balance

Previous Balance amounts reflect charges incurred during the previous billing period. Past due balances are subject to immediate disconnect.

The Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) is a customer charge used to adjust power bills up or down based on increases or decreases in the cost of wholesale power purchased or other costs incurred in operating the electric system.

State of Georgia Sales Tax is collected by Newnan Utilities as required by law.

Consumption Charges

Consumption Charges for electric use are based on the amount of kilowatt-hours(kWh) used during the billing period. This amount will vary from month to month based on the number of days in the billing period, family size, appliances used, and temperature.
